Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK is an institute founded to advance Qur'ānic education and the qualification of Huffādh, Imāms, and teachers across the UK, Europe, and the West.
Our primary mission is to reignite the desire to fulfil the ultimate purpose of revelation — Tadabbur (contemplation) — in the hearts of all who pass through our doors, guiding them to achieve this through correct recitation (Tartīl) as ordained by Allāh ﷻ.
Our initiative aims to deepen understanding and mastery of Tartīl by nurturing the correct Adāʾ — a person's overall delivery of the Qur'ān — encompassing both the technical aspects of recitation, such as Tajwīd, as well as their emotional and spiritual engagement with the Qur'ān and their presentation of its meanings.

The careful, measured recitation taught through qualified Mashāyikh — each letter shaped, each madd held, each waqf taken with intention. The technical floor of the journey.
Contemplation.
From recitation flows reflection. We teach students not merely to read but to dwell — to weigh each verse, trace each meaning, and let the Qur'ān reshape the heart that carries it.
Cultivation.
The end of the journey is not a certificate, but a person. Students are formed by the adab of their teachers — humility, patience, reverence — to carry the Qur'ān as it was meant to be carried.

While our main operations are in London, Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK serves Huffādh and institutions across the UK, Europe, and the West.
The institute offers Iqrāʾ, as well as specialised Dawrāt and courses in the Qur'anic sciences. These programmes focus on perfecting recitation, as well as studying the Qur'anic sciences from some of the most important classical and contemporary works.
Courses are led by highly qualified teachers and Mashāyikh who have studied and continue to study with world-renowned scholars in Al-Madīnah Al-Munawwarah, such as Shaykh Ibrāhīm Al-Akhdar and Shaykh Dr. Abdullāh Al-Jārallāh.
Programmes are designed for Huffādh, Qur'an teachers, and Imams. Applicants should have memorised the Qur'an and have a strong foundational knowledge of the Qur'an.
Our Majālīs At-Taḥqīq are open to everyone, all ages and levels, and we will eventually have programmes for those who want to memorise the Qur'an, inshāʾAllāh.
The Istiqṭāb programme aims to facilitate journeys of seeking knowledge.
The UK Istiqṭāb is tailored for students studying with Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK from outside of London (including Europe and the West), providing them with the opportunity to study in person with their teachers at Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK, to whom they would have been reciting online.
The Madīnah Istiqṭāb programme enables students who meet the required milestones to travel to the Holy City of the Prophet ﷺ and study directly with the Scholars of Madīnah.
There is no monetary cost to attending Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK. This is because the Qur'an is far too valuable to be assigned a cost.
Instead, the true price is your commitment — to give your all, to dedicate yourself wholeheartedly to learning, and to honour the Qur'ān with the reverence (تعظيم) it deserves.
